Combination with the NMBS/SNCB (Belgian Railway’s)

Attention: Please note that these formulas are only valid in case your group departs from a Belgian railway station and terminates its journey in the same Belgian railway station (round trip concept).

1. Product formula 272 – schoolgroups: Guided tours in the Museum of Ancient and Modern Art or the Magritte Museum

It is possible to book guided tours for schoolgroups (only) in combination with the Belgian Railway. You can get more information about this possibility at the counter of any Belgian Railway station or on their site www.sncb.be. You can also email to groupes.national@sncb.be and put our email address (reservation@fine-arts-museum.be) in Cc. You must ask for the “product formula 272”. If you are buying the package with the Belgian Railway we should be informed about this because the payment does not occur via our organisation. The day of your visit you should mention this again at the ticketing desk, as the voucher/coupon of the Belgian Railway will be used as a method of payement for the entrance tickets as well as for the payment of the guide(s).

What if you’re not a schoolgroup?

If you would like to book a guided tour in one of our Museums and would like to travel by train with your group, you will have to make two separate bookings. On one hand a booking for the Museum (for the guided tour, entrance tickets included) and on the other hand, a booking for the journey by train at the Belgian Railway.

2. Product formula 370 – non-guided tour : B-Excursions for individuals and groups (schools, adults, seniors, …)

This formula is only possible for non-guided tours. You can book this B-excursion in advance, or on the day of your visit in any Belgian Railway station. Your trainticket is in fact also you entrance ticket. An audioguide is never included in the price of a B-excursion ticket. Audioguides are available at our Museums for 4 EUR each.

Where should I sign in?

You can only book a B-excursion for one Museum at a time. If you have a B-excursion for Ancient and Modern Art you should go to the ticketing desk in our main entrance (Rue de la Régence 3 – 1000 Brussels). If you have a B-excursion for the Magritte Museum, you should go directly to the entrance of the Magritte Museum (Place Royale 1 – 1000 Brussels).
